We know lifting weights can be intimidating for most, but there is no denying the health benefits and quality of life you can build by resistance training. We will strive to make this a community, where people help each other learn and improve.
Size: It is 2 levels with roughly 3,300 square feet of gym space, with rubber floors and 12' ceilings on the main floor.

Equipment: We are committed to getting the very best free weight equipment so we can help our members build a strong, balanced body. Currently we have agreed to outfit The Bar with Rogue Fitness equipment.
​
Hours: We have 2 key fob entries (Main Street and the alley behind the building) with access 24/7. Parking can be anywhere on Main Street, side streets or behind First National Bank.
​
Vibe: With tall open ceilings, rock and brick walls, and continuous background music we bring an enjoyable experience every time you walk in the doors. LED lights, bathrooms with showers and top of the line equipment will make your fitness journey enjoyable.

Other: We will have free use of towels, cubbies for your belongings, and WIFI. We have yoga upstairs every Tuesday from 6:30-7:00pm. Kyle is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and will be happy to help answer questions and give tips on fitness goals and training techniques.
